Absolutely. Matt, perhaps look at ways you can make it so you can visualise your progress. Try mapping out all the 'legit' milestones; make a bigger deal when you hit them. We often get caught up in the finer details probably a lot more than we should AND take stock of your time.
Definitely, even outside of work I’ve been trying to celebrate the victories regardless of how small I may think they are. A very important skill to learn!
