That's true, although I think each case I've experienced it, is because of different things and with different titles or discussions with different people. So I feel like the problem is more that I try to 'be perfect' and get upset when I'm called out on doing something wrong.
I've been taking a lot of criticism and stuff really, really personal lately even when it's said in a polite way. How do I fix this?
