It was really weird to be asked in an interview "what level are you?" and be told I should really increase that if I wanted to have a better opportunity. Then to be rejected, even though they initially contacted me and spun it like I'd be a good fit there.
Which means I failed the 'culture interview', which based on this article doesn't sound like too bad of a 'failure' to me.
