Out here with
@dsanorthbay and@pslweb protesting@PGE4Me and their negligent corporate practices that result in massive respiratory dangers for our communities.pic.twitter.com/r7mn37VwhT

Russian River communities
#Forestville,#Guerneville, and further up the river Windsor need to be safe today. Air quality is very poor along this corridor. Reach out for masks if you need them!#russianriver#SonomaCounty#KincadeFire@lyndajbhopkinspic.twitter.com/pmxHyyB2Bo

We joined
@dsanorthbay at the houseless encampment on the Joe Rodota trail yesterday. They had a couple carts worth of water, supplies, and we handed out masks. We heard requests for men's pants, socks, tarps, and blankets. Help out if you can!pic.twitter.com/b7HzRPE1vJ

Often times people don't want respirators, and that's ok. We respect ever person's autonomy and will. Offering a mask is our choice and we leave everyone their choice in return.pic.twitter.com/b2MEBJceM1

Folks in between jobs, migrant and day laborers, for these neighbors extended exposure is daily.pic.twitter.com/SaA3dhJ501

Folks who cannot afford to evacuate, folks between shelter, these communities often experience extended time outside, exposed to hazardous air.pic.twitter.com/y6AgMiFFIy

While the air is better than it was during the
#KincadeFire it is still unhealthy. I didn't see many people in downtown Healdsburg, Windsor, or Santa Rosa (the mandatory evacuations were lifted only recently). And yet, many neighbors remain.pic.twitter.com/GyPxNFjGNK

Looking it over, the air is most hazardous in Windsor, Healdsburg, and northern Santa Rosa. So that's where we'll target out mask efforts today.

Just met a friend from
@MaskOakland and was handed hundreds of masks! Looking forward to getting these to be people on the streets and in communities of need asap. Let us know where we can help our neighbors with their respiratory health!#KincadeFire#KincaidFire#SonomaCountypic.twitter.com/G1UWJIdm5U

The
#KincadeFire is 30% contained but air quality is still very poor, especially for our neighbors on the streets. Santa Rosa, Windsor, the Russian River area, AQI is hazardous. Masks should be worn whenever outside. Hit us up or let us know where we can go!pic.twitter.com/LlwQwQykqW

For many of our unhoused and marginalized residents and communities, the fires are much more than "sort of apocalyptic." At least the happy couple is masked up. Can we say the same for the folks on the street?

The
#KincadeFire means that Sonoma County is undergoing it's largest evacuation ever: over 150,000 residents displaced. And yet, many neighbors sit like silhouettes against the firescape, unaccounted for and often unwelcome. We do what we can: respiratory masks for all.pic.twitter.com/9h98OvFdgd

A lot has happened since the
#KincadeFire broke out. Most recently we got a shout out in the@NorthBayNews regarding our efforts to secure masks for the houseless and marginalized communities of Sonoma County.pic.twitter.com/NfQ0TftDaJ

Yesterday we distributed 60 masks, a case of water, and a case of granola bars to the houseless community on the Joe Rodota trail. Met a lot of good people, many of whom are long-time Sonoma residents currently houseless. We hope the city will prioritize their needs and wishes!pic.twitter.com/qWWr0wLdSn

Ran into some friends from
@dsanorthbay on the trail. They were handing out drinking water. We masked up 60 houseless neighbors!#KincadeFire#kinkaidfire#santarosa#SonomaCounty#SonomaFirepic.twitter.com/q7KKVAlNov
