Water is present all the time. Bacteria will thrive in the mouth. Might not be good for the whole body.

not all bacteria is bad. Your mouth if already chock full of good and bad bacteria. If they find a way to insert microscopic balls into the teeth and seal them back up then theyd heal any cavity the tooth may get, plus seal itself back up. just a starting point
