Many times I've logged out. . . gone to Amazon. . looked at several things. . and when I return to FB. . . there. . pops up ads for those items. . So it really makes me wonder. .

There are many Trackers that follow you where ever you go. It’s possible Facebook doesn’t do it themselves, but buy the data, allowing Zuckerberg to say Facebook doesn’t technically do it.
