I don't get it. Women get paid less, on average, because of lower education, experience, and expertise. Js

It's not just dealing with the unequal pay between men and woman. It also looks at the issue that minorities are not paid equally when they are matched up with someone who is white when they both have equal qualifications. There's a lot more to this than most realize.
-
My parents are minorities here in America and are doing pretty well compared to the average
-
Your parents are an example of two individuals within many people of that minority group as well as others. Asians on average are making more than a white man, but black or Hispanic populations fall behind whites. It's a small gap, but is a gap they have a right to fight for.pic.twitter.com/ORqoLAmibE

Who said I was just Asian? Now you’re assuming my race. I’m Latino as well. Also, I never said they didn’t have a right, I was simply expressing a fact.
-
Never said you were just Asian. I provided information of unequal pay for various race and ethnicities. Clearly your "fact" is incorrect that it's the lack of education. A person w/ the same education can be paid less b/c of who they are.
-
Okay, but you assumed I was. Yes, same education, but I also said less expertise and less experience, so you can’t really judge specifically on one criteria.
-
No matter who you are, when you start a career, you will not have much experience/expertise so that's not a reason for it. Woman are paid less when matched with a male w/ equal experience for example. Gender, race, ethnicity shouldn't be a factor when deciding a wage, but it is.

Half a milion people die in Syria yet women protest about how much money they get. That makeup won't buy itself.
