As days goes by technology keeps improving & human common sense keeps reducing. From the video it seems Common sense while crossing road is highly uncommon.

So, this emerging markup is not legitimate and cannot be used ;) Road markings shall be static and visible from a distance so that the driver can predict the situation!

how about if you just use your head and you don't run out into traffic without looking ? How much technology do we need for that?

Some roads are like playing that old video game, frogger, you have to cross half the street then let the cars go then cross the other half. There’s been a lot of hit and run drivers in my city and state.
