I'm sorry but how would this work in snow or rain? Does anyone think these things would not fall over and no car would actually be partially near the median causing this to fall over?

Thought the same. You see people not going onto the rail, yeah. The cars watching for invisible riding sticks which You won't even notice in the mirror... Not in a thousand years.

This is stupid. I live in Philly and we have trollys here. Very annoying. You have to get our of the way of them whenever they come around and driving over them makes your ride bumpier (and less likely to have to road repaired since it's harder to do). Just put people in a bus.
