    A German company is producing disposable plates entirely made out of leaves as an alternative to plastic packaging. One plate, on average, costs around 50 cents and is 100% biodegradable.

        Such plates are still making and using in Nepal, it called Tapari, Duna (leaf bowl).

        Yeah,but look at the massive industrial process required to collect and manufacture them. All the fossil fuels that have to be burnt in order to power the machines that produce them. OMG. So not earth-friendly. I'll eat off the ground,thank you. (Rolls eyes)
