    Plastic roads
Construction company, VolkerWessels, is using recycled plastic bottles to pave the roads. Lightweight and easily installed, the roads are built to last three times longer.

Is this really such a great idea? Wouldn’t micro plastic shed from these roads into the environment?

It would be interesting to see how well this product would do in -40 to +50 temperatures (in Canada)!

I'm curious about how loud the surface is, and how it handles snow/ice in a northern climate like Minnesota.

What happens in a case where there is a fire borne accident. Does it now serve as extra fuel to make the accident worse. I mean, "Plastic".
