With the wide range of devices we all use these days I find password lockers prohibitively difficult. Much easier and nearly as secure my passwords all follow a rule: a number + 2 letters from the name of the site I'm logging in to + a keyword + 2 other letters from site.

So if my standard numbers were 46 and my keyword was porridge (they're not), my Gmail pass would be 46goporridgele, but for Twitter it would be 46twporridgeer. Not too easy to brute. Of course I occasionally change the number & keyword for all sites.
