All internet users are equal? So Netflix should pay the same amount for access as all of us pay? What you fail to mention is that Google and Netflix will profit from this. Netflix and YouTube use half of the available bandwidth at any moment...shouldn’t they pay more?

One of the few things that the Federal Government is supposed to be doing is providing a level playing field and ensuring competition. Net Neutrality did that. Repealing Net Neutrality gives way too much power to a few companies who will extinguish competition.

That is going to happen either way. At least a/our gov, the entry barriers will not be as difficult. Also...in order to enforce net neutrality, the government is going to have to do deep packet inspection, giving them the legal right to capture all user’sinformation.

You live in an area with choices on internet providers. The idea that natural competition will deter Internet providers from abusing their power is not valid here. Do you think my cable company provider wouldn't love to stick it to Netflix and Hulu?

Shouldn’t they have the right to charge more for larger users? Title II law was written nearly 100 years ago and most of which doesn’t apply. If “there otta be a law” applies, at least make a new ISP utility law. And do not allow deep packet inspection.
