Can we stop using the word Free and instead use No cost to her. Unless you dont understand the difference economically. Free is air, no one pays for it. The dentist LOST money doing it.. that is hardly free. Its just no cost to her.

Why not use the word kind, that fits, it would work. Why fret about whether or not we think about the things the dentist gives freely, it is his choice.

Seriously, the price for repair this tooth is 90€ , 30 minutes . The Dr was kind but a video from Mashable for this...
