        But the plural is phoenices (pronounced phoenisees) which is much more similar to penises...if you read the article you'd know this

        It only really sounds like penises if you pronounce it wrong...it's a long e sound so it would be phoenisees if you spelled it how it sounds...I understand the concern about bullying, but if you just used the singular, "go phoenix!" I think it'd be fine...or something else like-
