Nothing wrong with this if organic and very fresh. Have eaten it there myself. Poultry doesn't have salmonella risk if raised correctly.

Can occur in intestines, esp. if they eat fecal matter from rodents or reptiles. Clean env. with good food, careful kill etc minimizes risk.
