I get why they are doing this, but they are going about it the wrong way. Netflix needs to create ways to make you aware of their library. All they need to do is make channels and boom, done.

Oh god, yes. Also, a TV channel you curate by adding shows to it and it will play episodes in correct order, but will change between shows automatically. I need that since I don't have regular TV channels.

pinging
@netflix - im clearly not alone in wanting channels and/or curated lists for random play. Now go get making it. (and my tweets are not very visible, so its very rare I get likes, so this really says something)

-
Yeah. I’m already pissed on YouTube its full of ads. Even in mid video it comes on. same applies on Facebook.

Not only do we have to pay for this highly priced service they’re forcing adds on us does this seem fair ? I could see if the service was free and had adds but it’s not.
-
Netflix is reasonably priced for the level of content offered
-
Not when there’s free apps that offer just about the same thing. I pay to not have adds.
-
Most free apps are not legal, Netflix is, provides quality programming and charge a perfectly reasonable amount
-
Like I said before I pay NOT to have adds they have raise the prices 4 times in the last 2yr they have dropped amount of devices you can use it on.

•Netflix is just testing this. They run split tests like this all the time •The ads are entirely skippable •They appear between episodes, not during the commercial break slots •If you don't want to be involved in tests, you can opt out: http://netflix.com/DoNotTest

Ugh. Well, I wouldn't mind, but like anything else, the ads are always at thrice the volume of the video I just watched. Even in the split second that it takes me to hit "skip," my eardrums have been blown out.

Just hit SKIP! It’s just like hitting the skip intro in every episode.
