I understand the idea: black absorbs heat and light, white reflects it. But the glare looks like it'll blind you.

Won’t car marks and grime, and oil, eventually turn it back to black? Paint it every spring? All roads? And of course not in cities that get snow or ice.

It is a known that Helicopters have issues with hot air lifts when flying over highly paved areas with out much green space.

Wonder if the glare would cause accidents and curious to know what it would look like after a few months.

I’ve been saying it. At least paint all roofs white if you don’t want the white on the asphalt. And keep some plants over all the tops of buildings.

What a waste of tax payer money! So I expect CA, OR and WA to coat their streets every year. Best part it will be easier to spot human waste. Try managing forests to cut down on heat.

Blah, Blah, Blah... how long does it last for $40,000 a mile? How slick is it in the rain? How blinding is it in the sun?... yup, liberals just seem to never think things through... registered Democrat voters save some $... #WalkAway from the #DemocratPlantation

White doesn't seem like the best pick, scientifically yes, on your eyes no....maybe a sand color would make more sense?
