a far better arrangement would be static loading and dynamic activation: 4 steel rods with cylindrical batteries, 6 flywheels (of say 7,5,3,3,5,7 kgs) with radial batteries, controller circuit, flex housing optimized for damping, unit is self contained, wireless control enabled
