Rather they were a tad uncomfortable for a short journey versus being killed in a crash.

They can be held in another position, its not that they're uncomfortable its that the position damages their hips and spinal column
-
If they are forced to stay like it for long periods. Not brief trips in the car. The designers would’ve already looked at more natural positions for the dog purely out of common sense, and obviously came to the conclusion this position was safer.
-
I already have a seat belt for dogs that is more confident for them and dont damage their bones. Its more about the brand, i think
-
How does your seatbelt attach your dog to the car?
-
Sorry for the drawing and im not home right now lmao but it's subjected in a way it doesn't harm the animal nor its hip or spinal column, they just lie down and are subjectedpic.twitter.com/ttir3nAPxN

I have to be honest, I’m not sure what type of harness this is. Is it one of those hammock type seats for your dog? It hangs between the front seat and backseat headrest like a cradle for your dog?

It doesn't look comfortable for them lol

Only one dog was panting and I'll take safety over comfort. They look fine to me.

For those complaining about posture, would you rather your dog was uncomfortable for a short period & be safe, or in a pet carrier/seatbelt/fabric carrier (watch what happens with those during a crash) & likely die? As long as it’s not a massively long journey without breaks!
