        So basically when, not if, another driver assaults a passenger, Uber's legal team can say the passenger was drunk and can't be trusted to provide a clear recollection of the events, or could claim the passenger was the aggressor, or they could charge more to "drunk" passengers.

        No I expect my fellow drivers to be sober. Therefore when I request a ride I don’t even think of whether or not they are impaired. If it’s something you’re concerned about perhaps you should think about other ways of getting home.

        If Im an UberDriver, I don't want to transport a person who has 50/50 chance of vomiting/peeing/passing out in MY car. Drivers need to do it as much as passengers.
