Btw, @mashable ... "and a certain very vocal minority of fans."
I'm not too sure that is actually the case. When ordering my Blu-Ray on German Amazon, I found: 30% 5 stars, 37% 1 star. 60 %: 3 stars or less. Reading the reviews? They're not from so-called 'fanboys,' really.

But how many people reviewed the movie? If you do the math for box office amount versus average ticket price, around 70 million people saw the movie. Did even 1 percent review it?

744. Your average amount of people for a recently released movie on Amazon (Germany!). I read a lot of them, especially the 'bad' ones, just to see whether their wordings are similar to twitter/YT 'haters' of TLJ. They weren't. Just normal viewers for the most part. That's all.

In my view, he made, overall, a bad movie (that looked stunning!). That happens. Some fans have behaved so very, very badly, however, that I actually orderd The Last Jedi Blu-Ray just to show my support to

This kind of attack on social media isn't exusive to movie stars, those in renewable energy, electric cars, and especially Breakthrough Clean Energy are very much expected to get death threats and we have to serious levels including materializing in person. Quit Fakebook
