Actually this was sent on 1/30/20, even worse... Someone was taking orders made at usual price, canceling them... and then we had to reorder from scalpers on Amazon and on eBay for many times the usual price...

Best guess, the FBI, under Barr orders, wouldn’t be confiscating PPE if their intent isn’t to send it to Trump’s favored states. This isn’t the first and is similar to the distribution of bail out funds.
