He said "no." Cochise County and its supervisors are without legal representation as they head into a Thursday court hearing over failure to certify election results. The board authorized an agreement with Bryan Blehm before getting a commitment. And he's not taking the case

That’s because no lawyer wants to be disbarred by representing hillbillies who won’t listen to sound legal advice

You can’t be disbarred for representing a client in court. 🙄 Even if you or the court thinks their standing is frivolous or outlandish. Everyone is entitled to representation under our system.

I hope that the supervisors are eventually held personally accountable for their malpractice, failure to uphold the law, and disregard for their responsibilities to the people of Arizona as well as Cochise County.

I say let them withhold the certification and let the two Democrats win the House seats.

That sets a bad precedent. So all counties would have to do to swing an election is to refuse to certify. So if Donald Trump needs a few more thousand votes to win, he can get them from his loyal sycophants by having them refusing to certify in heavy Democrat areas.
