It changes through ammendments not through judicial decisions. If you want something changed get a law passed. That is what happened with both of those.

That's not what originalism means, tho. I wish people would quit getting this wrong since we have several people on SCOTUS who go by this and likely will for many years, now. In the case of women voting, for instance, the 19th Amendment is the "original text" in question.
