It is morally bankrupt, yes, but it ain’t broke. Congress suddenly pulled $3 trillion out of its ass to fling at corporate bigwigs. They just don’t care enough to keep ordinary citizens from devolving into the Hunger Games. It’s moral accounting, not fiscal accounting.
It’s necessary if governed by a political class who benefit from for-profit systems designed on the Horsemen of the Apocalypse—war, famine, pestilence & death... for fun & profit! It’s okay though. The Kardashians have like 5 TV shows & I’m going to be just like them one day.
