1/ All public policy should be guided by one question: what would help people thrive? Currently it’s guided primarily by whatever helps corporations thrive. Change to a humanitarian bottom will provide massive infusion of hope and opportunity into the life of the average American
2/ Entire generations have been led to believe that their financial abundance is the result of corporate job creation. That is a paradigmatic error that leaves too many people stuck in survival mode, perhaps with a job but with no real opportunity for financial advancement.
3/ In fact, money comes from the creativity & productivity of the people. All public policy should be geared toward helping people thrive cuz thriving people have the opportunity to be more creative & productive. Health care, education etc reduce anxiety and increase productivity
4/ An economic system that has too few people at the wheel and too many people in the passenger seat is an economic system headed for a crash.
