It’s time to move forward and up! The past is a cancelled check. We have come too far to drudge up the past like this. It’s counterproductive. Please stop.

Our holidays are a PTSD recipe. I realized that PTSD is just permanent grief. That all this constant rehashing yr after yr of horrid history is perpetuating PTSD in us all. We must stop looking at a past we cannot change so we can control the future. There's heal but also heel.

There’s a lot we can change, once we face the fact that many terrible things that happen now are simply legacies of the original error.
