Most of the world's population already has a "we" orientation. It's primarily folks in the US who have the destructive "rugged individualist" outlook, but it has bled over into some other cultures, without a doubt.
As in all things, balance is essential. 1st step, who are we? & what's important to us? -as Americans, -as humans, -as guardians of this earth? What are our priorities? 2nd, how do we shape the rules of our society to support those goals? 3rd, how do we reward integrity?
