I definitely agree that his actions should not have ended in a fatality but when you shoot a taser at a cop it’s to be expected they may shoot back at you. Why did they guy even do all that if he was just asleep in the drive through?? Police procedures need reform & oversight.

I am not against the man who was drunk at the Wendy’s but you can see that he was violently resisting arrest. He shot the taser at the cop as he tried to get away. The man here makes a valid point about the taser potentially incapacitating an officer rendering him defenseless.
