His actions certainly weren't good but should not have ended in a fatality.
Accountability is one thing; "cruel and unusual punishment" is another.

I definitely agree that his actions should not have ended in a fatality but when you shoot a taser at a cop it’s to be expected they may shoot back at you. Why did they guy even do all that if he was just asleep in the drive through?? Police procedures need reform & oversight.
