I think this is half right but half wrong. We're all people at the end of the day and should be respected equally, but we also will always have unique identities based on culture, spirituality, sexuality, gender identity, etc. that should be celebrated, not suppressed.

I dont think she's saying that those things are suppressed or dissolved, rather that they no longer divide us, and so we accept the differences of others rather than emphasize them.

I love how different we all are, because it would be boring if we all were completely the same, but I also love that we all have some things in common with each other because that means there is always hope we can find a way to connect with just about anyone.
