Sadly, right now "money" comes from the federal reserve, & lent to the government to finance wars, brutality, & caging of people for victimless commerce.
@Jorgensen4POTUS & I will end that failed 20th century system, so that money will come from the sources you discussed. -
Most of our money comes from banks & the private financial sector. Central banks also create money, yes. So do governments directly. It's not so relevant *who* creates the money, but how, & who *gets* it. Central banks could issue a basic income if we decided they should.
