We need to talk more about "The Evolving Constitution" I LIKE that they worded things in a broad way. They expected it to be ^reinterpreted^ every generation. the invention of judicial review screwed that up by locking us into specifics LIBERAL ORIGINALISM LIBERAL TEXTUALISM

Great points! electoral college 1 example of how we have failed in my opinion to reinterpret. Not saying we should scrap beautiful in it but that it exists for us as a people, not other way around. If we need something bigger then just an amendment to heal we should call for it.
