Whether slavery, lack of women’s suffrage or segregation, ultimate change occurred when the people rose up & the people stepped in. That’s what’s happening now. Gov’t failed to act for too long; the sleeping giant of the American people awakened, rose up and stepped in. Thank God

We need a clear, triaged rolling agenda of uprise against the most significant issues of our time: climate change, factory farming, risk of nuclear conflict, drug prohibition, etc etc. Will you design and lead it, Marianne?

What makes it powerful is that it’s a leaderless movement, led by the voice of conscience within everyone. If it continues to be a spontaneous expression of the higher aspirations of the American people, with peace & love at the core of the rebellion - we got this.
