1/ From the beginning of our country, outsized use of brute force has been a reality at odds with our own principles, ever present like a - dare I say:) - dark psychic force of collectivized hatred that materializes in various iterations generation after generation.
2/ Other generations have rid the country of its manifestations, from slavery to segregation. But those are merely effects. The task of our generation is to deal with it on the level of cause. Very few of us have no violence in our hearts to surrender. And now is the time.
