2/ Police training today, in addition to being ridiculously short compared to other countries, involves no real peace-keeping skills. Our police need to schooled in the ways of soul force & in a much different kind of brute force. They need to be actual "keepers of the peace."
3/ For so much less money than we now spend on police, we could create conditions that prevent societal pathology in the first place. This is why, domestically and internationally, America needs a Department of Peace. Ideas once deemed silly are now recognized as urgently needed.

@Copiosis is a new socioeconomic system and it’s BRILLIANT! What I love about it is it isn’t taking anything away from anyone to give to someone else. No wealth redistribution but allows all the opportunity to THRIVE. Would love to see MW and founder @perry_gruber discuss this.

@marwilliamson and we should seriously consider renaming the Police force to #ThePeaceForce. I would not join the police but I would join #ThePeaceForce. WORDS HAVE POWER. After all, isn't that their job? And then provide the proper training in Conflict Resolution to start.
