Yupp at this point save the apologies unless you are going to present some policy at this point this needs to be a licensed profession no reason why an officer is reviewed by internal affairs for using force 79 times in 3 years and should still have a badge

I’m so confused about the message of these protests. I’m supporting police reform. But now I’m hearing defund and dismantle the police. Who’s going to protect us?

That’s why I said there’s so much to think about. In some situations, obviously the standard police model is needed. But think how many situations we look at in terms of police might be better served by social workers, people with nonviolent communication skills, mediators etc.
