Just as a US Reparations Council should be formed to field requests and facilitate reparative measures, we sadly now seem to need a council specifically implemented outside of law enforcement to oversee, prosecute & establish justice for badge-holders who violate their position

Hold the cop and that detail and unit responsible. Cops need to clean up their ranks and put the fearful ones back in garrison cleaning equipment.
