the land of the free is just a slogan. we have 1/4 of the world's prison population. it's always been an authoritarian nightmare, but some people got to be blinded to that because we were always blaming some other country for being fascist.

Yep and although Black ppl are only 13% of the US population, they are over 70% of the prison population! But my guess is bcus we are horrible ppl who commit all of the crime! In Jim Crow Joe Biden’s words we are “Super predators!”
