Sorry, that's not a good plan. @SandyDarity actually has a really good plan that doesn't assume Black people need Black nannies to oversee their own reparations. That's not enough, and there needs to policies and laws along with those ONGOING checks.
Suggested plan for reparations: $500B+ to be disbursed over 20 years to a reparations council of black leaders from different areas, from businesspeople to educators and social workers. Money to be used for purposes of educational and economic renewal as determined by the council

How about we just do a UBI? It will go to everybody regardless of race and help the entire country, including African Americans

We need a UBI anyways, but black people as a community need the reparations to help in poor areas to give kids a better education and improve the area as a whole so that black people in these majority black areas can legitimately have an equal shot
