1 in 3 black men will go to prison in their lifetime. Each year there costs as much as a private university tuition. We would SAVE money if we establish an education trust fund for every black child in America, provide free preschool and proper funding to schools.
True. It’s immoral that we pay for public schools primarily thru property taxes. Every school should be a palace of culture, learning & art. Millions of kids go to school where they don’t even learn to read by the age of 8, making prison more probable than high school graduation.
