1/ As an older woman, I’d like to share my memories of a time when America was this chaotic before. The Kennedys and Dr. King and the students at Kent State had all been killed. There were riots and cities burned.

3/ As angry as I feel sometimes toward those who destroy I’m overwhelmed with love towards those who love. Yes there are serious threats in our midst. But millions are rising up as well, displaying the heart & intelligence of who we really are. It’s a time to pray & a time to act

Sometimes the flame has to burn. This is one of those times. It burns what is old and rotten to the ground and from that fertile ash grows something stronger. A new life. That's where things are right now. Don't try to word dope people into being calm, it will just backfire.
