I have an argument with a friend where I support free college, Medicare4All, Green New Deal etc. & she tells me we need an "incremental approach;" that such things are "too far left." I tell her they're centrist in Europe.She says "We're not Europe." I bang my head against a wall

It's really sad how much I argue with my own co-workers about our living conditions and how they deserve better. But they will toss back their heads and demand that everyone work as hard as they have even if all their labor has resulted in a net loss to their own piece of the pie
