2/ Change won’t come from spurts of adrenaline-based effort bound to depress us more when any one effort doesn’t succeed. It will come from hunkering down and preparing ourselves for a long sustained effort, an activism that’s here to stay because we’re not done until it’s done.

3/ You can turn to the back page of the book & see how the story ends: Love wins. Love wins because that's ordained; what's completely up to us is how long it takes & how much suffering comes first. The people of the world have suffered enough. It's time for love to have its say.

The problem is we don’t know how long the book is. Whole lot of people will die before love wins.

A whole lot of people have already died. It is up to us and us only whether or not we will change the world.
