Isn't that also an illegal restraining method; like it was with the guy in NYC. Maybe the police need to go back to training, learn the laws, and start using non lethal force; i.e. rubber bullets, etc. You know, like the rest of the civilized world.

My guess is that the white supremacists want to incite a civil war, and the MAGA-voting cops are their vanguard, starting things off with shameless, public acts of wanton cruelty, calculated to provoke a forceful response, which will then be denounced as "tErRoRiSuMs".
