The government is doing all of these things, not the virus. less involvement and more freedom is the cure.
One-time payments is not thinking big enough. Crediting @umairh on this one, the real perspective is the entire system itself is broken. I call it extreme capitalism, where the "weak" are left to die. Weak being defined, of course, by the GOP as "poor."
