Emotional nonsense. Citizen's arrests are not white supremacy. Stationing police on every street corner to answer suspicious activities would meet more with your hysterical antisemite dystopia fantasy than trying to project former jewish issues onto those of contemporary blacks.
When those citizens who made the arrest take it upon themselves to shoot and kill those they arrested (for no real reason, by the way) - and those they arrested just happen to be black - then it sure as hell is.
