1/ As a Jew I was raised with the slogan “Never again.” We were taught that “Never again” applied not only to us but to anyone. We were taught of a time and place in which Jews were hunted down like dogs - and that we must never, ever, ever allow that again.

Correct. "Anyone" — and everyone — is responsible for their conduct. How people act collectively as well as individually will always carry consequences. It's mental illness to fight against the very concept of cause and effect. I wish people would stop this.

That's one of the definitions of empathy; the knee-jerk "how would I feel if that happened to me" & I simply lack it. The empathy-lack of autistics is proclaimed "innocent" but there is no difference between me & my aspd fiancé's empathy.
