1/ Pardon me but when you tell someone who says that they are going to vote third party (or write in a candidate) that they are voting FOR Trump, that's not quite the same thing as simply stating a different opinion. You are laying blame on someone for voting their conscience...
We’re adults here. Or at least we should be. I was stating an opinion. You can call it blaming or whatever. But to me I was stating an opinion. And it’s still my opinion. And everybody else’s opinion is just as valuable as mine. We’re not kindergartners in a psychological sandbox

A vote for a third party candidate on November 3rd 2020 will be a vote for a third party candidate. Portraying it as anything else is (intentional or not) setting the table to be able to come back and blame said voters when your chosen candidate loses. That is this adults opinion

I can believe that it wasn't Marianne's intention to shame anyone and still understand how her making that conclusion makes people feel shamed. I don't feel shamed because I know what my vote means to me no matter what anyone else thinks it means.
